RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Shortest Stop guarantees that the product received from us is free from manufacture and printing defects. In the event that your items arrive defective or with printing errors, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@shorteststop.com to request an exchange. Please put your order number in the subject line of the email. Most Shortest Stop shirts in new condition (unworn/unwashed) may be returned or exchanged, within 14 days of their delivery date. At this time, only orders within the U.S. are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn with no damage, pet hair, scent/odor or deodorant. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error, in which a refund of the shipping charges will be provided after examination of the product.
